
Alachua Conservation Trust (ACT) is proud to announce the 2025 Florida Wild for All Scholarship program. This initiative reflects our commitment to addressing the intersection between land conservation and the need for greater equity and representation in our community.
The scholarship aims to amplify and celebrate the voices of Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and Multiracial People of Color who are pursuing careers in natural resources management or environmental protection in Florida.
Award Details
- At least three (3) recipients will receive $250-500 each for the 2025-26 school year
- Funds can be applied toward expenses related to pursuing a career in environmental and/or natural resource management fields
Additional Benefits
Scholarship recipients will also receive:
- Feature opportunity in ACT’s biannual newsletter
- Option to participate in an ACT internship
- Invitation to an annual scholarship recipient gathering
- Tickets to attend the Conservation Stewards Awards with three guests
Application Timeline
- Application Period: February 1, 2025 – April 1, 2025
- Notification of Recipients: May 15, 2025
- Scholarship Distribution: July 31, 2025
